It will be a mix of best practice cases and the experience of researchers defining the path to the future with their daily work. The spectrum of presentations includes the application of state-of-the-art methods for generating insights, the benefits of market research from a business perspective, and the perspective of newcomers in our industry who inspire us with their first research journeys in our profession.

Researchers are the guardians of truth
When an airplane crashes, it is a FACT. But it is not the TRUTH that it is dangerous to fly. Decision-makers too quickly jump from facts to truth. Researchers ever-growing importance in our data-driven world is to guide companies away from misbelieving that Data means Knowledge and Facts means Truth. Frank will guide the audience thru interesting case studies that exemplify that it fundamentally matters how you analyze data. He is an evangelist of the idea that researchers’ ultimate goal should be to gain causal insights.
