We are expanding our researcher team by two power women: since August Alexandra Karim as Senior Research Manager and Britta Berger as Senior Research & Business Development Manager strengthen our market research institute.

For Alexandra Karim it is a return to ISM. Before that, she was Insights Manager at Media Frankfurt GmbH for 2 years and is now continuing her 15 years at ISM as a specialist for advertising effectiveness research. As Key Account Manager with a focus on pharmaceuticals, beauty and durables, she is responsible for national and international Usage & Attitude Studies, packaging, price and product research and leads the advertising effectiveness research she built up at ISM GLOBAL DYNAMICS.

Britta Berger has many years of industry experience in the health and pharmaceutical industries. With more than 5 years each as Senior Customer Support Analyst (Consumer Health) at IMS Health GmbH & Co. KG (now IQVIA) and as Market Intelligence Manager at Engelhard Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG, she gained experience both at the service provider and in the OTC industry. Most recently she worked as Market Research Manager at hmR – Health Market Research Germany GmbH. At ISM, the all-rounder will in future answer qualitative as well as quantitative questions with a focus on pharmaceuticals and will be a key account contact for our long-standing and future customers.
