We welcome three new team members!

Mareike Bäuerle and Jannika Kluge joined ISM GLOBAL DYNAMICS GmbH at the beginning of the year as Junior Research Managers and Niklas Rügge as a trainee since February 2020. We follow our philosophy: “Passion for Research!” and pass on this enthusiasm and our expertise to young talents in the industry.

Mareike Bäuerle (M.Sc. Food Economics) already focused on market research and product management during her studies. During her student work at the Institute for Agricultural Policy and in research projects for the label “Gutes aus Hessen” and as an intern at ISM, she has already dealt with a wide range of market research questions in the areas of food and health.

Also with a Master of Sciences in Food Economics Jannika Kluge started as Junior Research Manager in the ISM team. Prior to this, she gained experience in quantitative and qualitative market research projects, including on sustainability communication in the German food retail sector. She has several years of teaching experience in the field of bioinformatics, with a focus on statistics, mathematics and epidemiology, and worked in the quality management of a food manufacturer.

Niklas Rügge holds a Master of Science degree in business administration from the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. He strengthens the ISM team as a trainee with his experience in implicit and explicit advertising research. So far, his research focus has been on the visual design of advertisements, posters and product images with/without eye tracking. In addition, he will support ISM GLOBAL DYNAMICS with his expertise in the areas of digital and online marketing as well as e-commerce.
