…and found them at the International Green Week (IGW) in Berlin (18th – 27th January 2019).
Founded in Berlin in the Golden 20s (1926), the IGW offers as one-of-a-kind international exhibition of the food, agriculture and gardening industries the opportunity to get information about new products and trends and try these, too.
Senior Research Manager Anke Möser was inspired by the comprehensive range of international and domestic foods and beverages. She was especially pleased about products, which “spice up the life”: sticks from horseradish, produced by Schamel, the oldest manufacturer of horseradish products, pepper variants from “Spice for Life” or the so-called “Schlürfel”. These are single-portion packs in a cube shape, which offer not only the special taste of tea, but also with their Nordic names like “Rasmus”, “Fiete” or “Fenna” a touch of humor. And at least a big cup of hot chocolate, made from dark hot chocolate drops offered by “Blömboom” in the striking tin.
